Blessed Be Boutique ships all orders by First Class USPS unless otherwise directed. We include tracking with every order. You will receive the tracking number and link once the order has been shipped by Blessed Be Boutique.
Blessed Be Boutique will cover lost, stolen or damaged items when Shipping Protection is added to your order.
* Packages presumed to be lost
- if you suspect that the order has been lost by USPS (where the status is not "delivered") contact Blessed Be Boutique at support@blessedbeboutique
no sooner than 7 days after the last tracking update from USPS. A lost package claim will be filed for you after 7 days and a new package will be shipped to you. If you receive the original package, we request that you let us know so that we can send you a postage page mailing label to return the original order to us.
* Invalid address - Sometimes USPS carriers cannot deliver packages due to an invalid address or other unexpected delivery problems and the package is returned to Blessed Be Boutique. If it is returned to us, we will contact you for a correct address and ship it out to you again.
DELIVERED BUT MISSING PACKAGE
* Misdelivered - If the tracking on your order is showing "delivered" yet the item is not in your mailbox or left at your address, is it usually considered "misdelivered". We request that you contact your local carrier first to make sure the item was indeed left at your address. Packages are scanned at each location when they are delivered, similar to a GPS tracking and the USPS carrier is able to tell the exact location that the package was delivered. If after 7 days your package has not been located, contact us and we will file a lost package claim with the USPS and a new package will be shipped to you. If you receive the original package, we request that you let us know so that we can send you a postage page mailing label to return the original order to us.
* Stolen - If you suspect that the item has indeed been stolen from your address, you must file a police report. Send us a copy of the police report and a new package will be shipped to you.
INPUT WRONG ADDRESS
* If you have entered the wrong address when you placed the order and the order is returned to us, if it is returned to us, we will contact you for a correct address and ship it out to you again.
