L - Listen for God's Word and Pray: Dear Lord, thank you for your precious Word that guides me in this journey of life. Open my heart and mind to receive your wisdom and understanding as I meditate on your Scriptures. May your Word be a lamp that illuminates my path, leading me closer to you and helping me make choices that align with your will. In Jesus' name, amen.

This particular verse highlights the idea that God's Word provides guidance and illumination in our lives, just like a lamp does in the darkness. This verse reminds me of the countless times God's Word has spoken directly to my heart, giving me the guidance I desperately needed. It's as if the Scriptures are whispering, "This way, Bev. I've got you covered. Trust in Me."
Whenever I read the Bible with an open heart, I discover not only answers to my questions but also a deeper understanding of God's character and His unconditional love for me.
When I feel lost, unsure of my purpose or direction, I find solace in the promises and truths of Scripture. It's like holding a lamp that leads me through the darkest nights and empowers me to face the challenges ahead.
Let me encourage you to embrace God's Word with an open heart. Take time to read it, study it, and let it speak to you. I promise you, as you immerse yourself in the Scriptures, you'll experience its transformative power. It will bring clarity to your journey, ignite a passion for knowing God more intimately, and fill your life with purpose and joy.
