Always Have Hope

Image of a flower with the words "As for me, I will always have hope. I will praise You more and more." Psalm 71:14

“As for me, I will always have hope. I will praise You more and more.” ~Psalm 71:14

Even though this Psalm was written hundreds of years before the first Easter, it applies even today! I am listening to a song called, “Lord I lift Your name on High” sung by the Maranatha! band. It fits perfectly! check this out:

Lord, I lift Your name on high,
Lord, I love to sing Your praises
I'm so glad You're in my life
I'm so glad You came to save us

You came from heaven to earth, to show the way,
From the earth to the cross, my dept to pay,
From the cross to the grave,
From the grave to the sky,
Lord, I lift Your Name on high.

Jesus is our hope - hope that is a guarantee, not a wish (I hope it doesn’t rain today). We celebrated this hope yesterday - a covenant that cannot be broken - with the resurrection of Jesus Christ, the promised Messiah. He has paved the way, paid the entrance fee and has prepared our property. How can we not praise Him!

Have a blessed day!
