B - Bible Verse in NIV (2 Corinthians 5:7) "For we live by faith, not by sight."
L - Listen for God's Voice and pray Dear Heavenly Father, as we come to Your Word today, we ask that You would open our eyes to see beyond our current circumstances and to walk by faith. Help us to trust in Your goodness and faithfulness, even when the path ahead seems uncertain. Give us the courage to step out in obedience to Your will, knowing that You are always with us. In Jesus' name, Amen.
E - Explore the History and meaning In this passage, Paul is writing to the Corinthian church, encouraging them to live with an eternal perspective. He reminds them that as believers, our ultimate hope is not in the temporary things of this world, but in the promise of eternal life with Christ. Paul emphasizes that we must walk by faith, trusting in God's plan and purpose, even when we cannot see the full picture.

Have you ever been in a situation where you just couldn't see a way out? Maybe you're facing a difficult decision, or you're going through a tough time in your relationships or your health. In those moments, it's so easy to feel overwhelmed and discouraged, isn't it?
But here's the thing: as believers, we're called to live by a different standard. We're called to walk by faith, not by sight. And that means trusting in God's plan and purpose, even when we can't see the full picture.
I love how Paul puts it in 2 Corinthians 5:7. He reminds us that our lives should be guided by our faith in God, not by our limited human understanding. And let's be honest, our understanding is pretty limited, isn't it? We can only see what's right in front of us, but God sees the whole story from beginning to end.
So, what does it look like to walk by faith? It means taking steps of obedience, even when we're not sure where they'll lead. It means trusting that God is good and faithful, even when our circumstances are telling us otherwise. It means holding onto hope, even in the darkest of times.
And here's the beautiful thing: when we walk by faith, we get to experience God's peace and presence in a whole new way. We may not have all the answers, but we know that He does. We may not be able to see the path ahead, but we trust that He's leading us every step of the way.
So today, if you're facing a situation that seems impossible or overwhelming, can I encourage you to take a step of faith? Trust that God is with you, and that He's working all things together for your good and His glory. Lean into His strength and guidance, and watch as He does more than you could ever ask or imagine.
Remember, our faith isn't based on what we can see with our physical eyes. It's based on the unchanging character and promises of our God. So let's fix our eyes on Him, and walk by faith, one step at a time.
