I Will Sing of the Lord’s Great Love Forever

“I will sing of the Lord’s great love forever; with my mouth I will make your faithfulness known through all generations.” ~Psalm 89:1

First thing that sprung to mind was a song from Youth Group a zillion years ago. We’d split into two groups and sing (shout) lines back and forth (always trying to outdo the other!) Lord, please bless those leaders.

But something about this verse pulls me inward, to commune with God privately and intimately. I recalled a popular praise song titled ‘The Goodness of God’ and just had to listen to Ce CE Winans prayerfully worship the Lord. My heart kneels before Him.
