"The end of all things is near. Therefore be alert and of sober mind so that you may pray" ~1 Peter 4:7

Recently, I saw a post on Instagram that won’t leave my mind. It helps that it is referring to my favorite Disney movie, Tarzan, which has the greatest music score ever, including “You’ll Be In My Heart” by Phil Collins. Did you know that this song is a love letter from heaven? The anonymous poster stated that ‘every line echoes a promise from God.’ Check this out!

‘Come stop your crying it’ll be alright [Isaiah 41:10]

Just take my hand, hold it tight [Psalm 73:23]

I will protect you from all around you [Psalm 121:7-8]

I will be here, don’t you cry [Psalm 34:18]

For one so small you seem so strong [Matthew 17:20]

My arms will hold you, keep you safe and warm [Psalm 121:5-6]

This bond between us can’t be broken [Romans 8:39]

I will be here, don’t you cry [Psalm 34:18]

‘Cause you’ll be in my heart [Psalm 103:11-13]

Yes, you’ll be in my heart [John 3:16]

From this day on now and forever more [Psalm 23:6]

It’s all around us - God makes sure that anyone with a soft heart will ‘see’ Him with our senses, whether it be a glorious sunset, a brilliant rainbow after a storm, a glittering night sky full of stars, a touching harmony, a warm breeze, an embrace from across the globe. We truly are without excuse.

“For His invisible attributes, that is, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen since the creation of the world, being understood through what He has made. As a result, people are without excuse.” ~Romans 1:20
