This is the History of the World, The Story. The Meaning. The Prequel and Sequel. Whether you believe in Old Earth or New Earth, Creationism, Intelligent Design or Darwinism, Annihilation, Eternal Torment or Universal Salvation, it doesn't change this truth: God dwelt among the world He created to change it with a relentless love - to restore and renew, redeem and reconcile.

There is a word in the original Greek language of the New Testament that encapsulates this whole idea - Apokatastasis - the restoration of all things.
Act 3:21 [Jesus] whom heaven must receive until the times of
restoration of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of all His
holy prophets since the world began.

No other world religion has a god like ours. Their traditions are one-sided with man striving to please their gods and hiding from punishment. Our God, the True and Living God, left the glory of heaven to live in the world He made to bring LIFE.

John 6:33  And the bread that God gives is the one who came down
from heaven to give life to the world." 

2 Corinthians 8:9  You know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. You know that he gave up his heavenly riches for you. He gave up everything so that you
could be richly blessed. 

Father, thank you for this gift. Open the eyes of those who do not know this truth so that they may experience Your everlasting love, even now in this cruel and evil world. For it will not always be this way - You promise to recapitulate all things under the headship of Your Son. Come quickly, Lord Jesus!

Ephesians 1:10  Then when the time is right, God will do all that he has planned, and Christ will bring together everything in heaven and on earth.
