Where there is Hope, there is Faith, Where there is Faith, Miracles Happen

Where there is hope, there is faith; where there is faith, miracles happen.

Hope is one of the strongest words in the Bible, along with faith and love. Paul tells us that "faith, hope, and love endure, these three; but the greatest of these is love." In today's world, all three of these words have been sanitized, scrubbed down and stripped of their true meaning. We 'hope' it doesn't rain, 'love' twix bars and 'keep the faith' when our favorite team is losing.

But in scripture, these three words have power and punch, and all are found in Jesus Christ. Hope is a sure thing - 100% guarantee. An ever-increasing expectation and anticipation of the coming of Jesus Christ to redeem and renew and restore. Now THAT means something! We have faith in that hope. We believe it will happen and who doesn't say, "Come quickly, Lord Jesus" more often these days! Paul also said in Hebrews 11:1 "Faith is what makes real the things we hope for. It is proof of what we cannot see." 

And both faith and hope work hand in hand with love - the perfect stage for a miracle to unfold. That stage is your heart - keep it ready, swept clean and stand back and watch the Lord work! He longs to amaze you!

"We give thanks to God always for all of you, constantly mentioning you in our prayers, remembering before our God and Father your work of faith and labor of love and steadfastness of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ."
1 Thessalonians 1:2-3
